Josie is an adult femalehuman with dark brown hair styled into a fro-hawk, green eyes, and dark skin. In 2005 she wore a purple sleeveless top with a white collar and a brown skirt. She wore hairlocs with white clips at the tip. In 2009 when Global Imports was founded, she wore a checked green tube-top, green wrap skirtt, a blue scarf, and black slippers. Her hair was longer and in a ponytail.
In 2014 after the completion of the Josie's Journey, she wears a tan jacket tied with a green sash, purple pants with brown boots, and a purple scarf.
Her notable accessories include large hooped earrings, a gold-red collar, and gold-purple bangles. Her face is decorated with a purple circle on her forehead and white dots on her cheeks.
