MsTransaction was a Gaia Online feature.
Overview[]
When the Marketplace was in early stages of development and upgrades there were errors that users reported in various parts of the forum such as Question & Answers, Site Feedback, and the Bugs forum. To keep track of all the reports DARKNRGY, a developer, created a special account named "MsTransaction", who was specifically made for reporting Marketplace bugs to. The reports were to be sent via Private Message, it is assumed developers looked at these reports at the time to correct and complete the marketplace feature.
The appearance of MsTransaction has short light green hair, brown eyes and light skin. She wears the items: Suede Long Skirt, Moss Longsleeve Baggy Shirt, and Leather Boots. Due to the server changes over the years the avatar for her is not visible and can only be revealed by an alternate image link. The account has 0 post and the last login is shown to be January 3, 2005 at 11:29 pm EST.

- She is not an official NPC, just an official staff account.
- The definition of transaction is "an exchange or transfer of goods, services, or funds".
- Her name could be reference to the marketplace and the act of purchasing items with gold or database transactions.
- In the profile comments there are curious and what seems like frustrated Gaians who claim they have PM'd the account and question why their was no reply back or that the sent PM was not read.
