As of 2020 February I have returned from my hiatus, however, my editing is sporadic due to other tasks that grab my attention. So while I am still focused on my primary wiki, The Gaiapedia, I am available for contact via Message Wall and Social media.

Hello I'm Bunai Di (formerly Bunai82), also known as Bunai on the website Gaia Online™. Leave a message and I will attempt to help by replying back.
Hello, I was never able to play the game myself and only vaguely remember the Gaia staff attempt to relaunch it for play in 2012 after Vixmo retired(?), other than that I have no idea what could be happening with the launcher. Perhaps a Gaia dev on Facebook or Twitter can answer.
Do you know what the minimum requirement is for category:NPC/By family to have a category like Gambino and Von Helson? I was interested in finding out all characters who had surnames (since they seem so rare) and that seemed like the best place to keep track.
Out of this, the only shared surname appears to be Drink (Edith and Michael and William) so perhaps they are the only ones who might be in line for their own family category, but as for the others I was wondering if we could give them a category which acknowledges their having surnames.
Also it seems like many do not have pictures, do you know policy for how to construct quality pics if I can find any in-game?
None of those Shoutbox links works. Palmer586's Shoutbox System and Scrypt System Shoutboxes are dead links. I work on Gaia Tools and I'm not sure we're going to continue supporting them. I need to look into it, but for right now Gaia Tools does not have a shoutbox system. So it's a dead link as well.
Hello! I thought I would start filling out some NPC pages, but I appear to have run into the problem of not being able to upload the NPC avatar images. The upload page says the file has been banned from creation due to the name "^File:Avatar.*" Is this on purpose?
Though I am still far away from putting anything in order ^_^;; much of the time spent was tracking down what was originally done and updating it or attempting to add a new layout. With the website updating everyday, I had to cut down my revamping activity.
Hey! We are researchers/students at Georgia Tech studying online communities. We would like to conduct some interviews with members of the Gaia community about their experiences with the game. We are looking for participants who are at least 18 years of age, and who are willing to join us online for a brief audio interview.
We are contacting you in particular because of your site feedback contributions and your status as an exchanger. We feel your perspective would really add to our project!
If you’re interested in finding out more, please send us a PM and we’ll work with you to schedule an interview. Otherwise, we’re interested in your opinions, so please discuss the topic here!
Some of the questions that we think are interesting:
Has your experiences online changed since you started playing?
Have you noticed the recent gold inflation? If so, has it impacted you?
