Skin Tyte is the tattoo parlor located in Durem, run by both Natasha, who does piercings, and Devin, the tattoo artist who also mixes inks to create different colors in the Exchange Inks.
The name is a pun on the phrase "Skin tight" which is often used to describe items of clothing that are, as the phrase suggests, tight to wear.
