This item follows the popular holiday song Twelve Days of Christmas. Noel came from the French word "nöel" which means Christmas.
Stage 2, the "Drum" in the song is "12 Drummers Drumming" while the "Flute" is for "11 Pipers Piping". The poses with "Lord's" is for "10 Lords-a-Leaping".
Stage 3, the "Lady's" poses is for "9 Ladies Dancing" and the "Maid's Cow" is for "8 Maids-a-Milking", considering that a cow is something to milk. The "Swan" poses is for "7 Swans-a-Swimming". Swan Dress, can be seen as a counterpart to the Black Swan tutu from the Perfect Tragedy Chance Item.
Stage 4, the "Geese Shoes" is for "6 Geese-a-Laying". The "5 Golden Rings" already indicates what it is in the song. The same goes to "4 Calling Birds". This stage contains a Halo pose.
Stage 5, the "Hen's", "Feather", and "Gallus" poses are for "3 French Hens". The "two turtle doves" already indicates what it is in the song. The "Partridge" and the "Pear Tree" is for "A Partridge in a Pear Tree". This stage contains a Halo pose.
